1. Product Application

Metal baler can extrude all kinds of metal scraps, steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap iron, scrap copper, scrap aluminum, aluminum shavings, disassembled car shells, waste oil barrels and other metal raw materials into cuboid, cylinder and other shapes of qualified charge. Easy to store, transport and recycle.


And the costs of transportation easier and faster.and refining can be reduced.
This machine mainly used in Steel plants,Recycling corporation,Waste recovery and Metal refining industry. Size of compression Chamber and Bale can be customized.
All machine modes adopt Hydraulic Driving. Manual operation and PLC automatic control can be chosen. 

 

2. Main Features

1.Hydraulic drive, Manual or PLC Automatic Control Operation.
2.Bale discharging: turning-out, pushing-out(side pushing or forward pushing) or Manual pick-up.
3. Installation without foot screw , and using diesel engine as the power if no power supplying.
4. Extrusion pressure from 100 tons to 1200 tons has more than a dozen grades, the Production Efficiency is from 4 Tons per shift to 100 tons per shift.
5. Options for Different Force, Press Box size & Bale size.

Guard Board
We use imported  NM450/500 wear plate on the gate and feed box,make the machine stronger and more wear-resisting, extend the machine service life

High Pressure Hose Joint
Adopt FAS sealing flange which has better sealability, better anti-vibration, better resistance to leaking

Blade 
We use blades on the door sides and feed box sides.
The blades can cut the extra scrap when machine working, better to protect the machine. 

Air /Water Cooler
Every machine will equip Air or Water cooler. It can reduce the oil temperature, avoid too high oil temperature.
